Changing geography

I am sitting in Dubai at a marina full of shops and yachts. It is unbelievable because Dubai is a desert climate. At great expense they have created this vast water feature. You've probably seen the palm island they built - creating their own islands in any shape they can imagine! Next project is creating the world in an island. I am told they are also creating an underwater hotel and so much more. Where there is a will (and enough money to fund it ) there is a way! Gamil's response to all of this, "they are changing geography." He says this as is if it is normal.
