Twelve days of Christmas: Day One

Kenyon and I will be traveling for the next few days in Kansas City. I thought I would add some photos and stories from the Christmas celebrations we've been having in North Carolina.

Asheville Holiday Parade
We had been apart for a month. When Kenyon got back he planned a surprise for me. We had a weekend for just us. We had a hotel right downtown and it just so happened to be the weekend of the big holiday parade. We watched for an hour, then went to lunch. It was a fabulous way to begin the Christmas season.
